Terms & Conditions

 

Payment

Invoices are sent or emailed prior to the start of the month or a music activity unless otherwise stated. All payment must be made to Musicosmos within 7 days of the invoice unless otherwise stated. Late or non-payments will result in tuition being postponed or terminated.

 

Term Dates

Lesson start/end dates are the responsibility of the client guided by Musicosmos and run in accordance with Ealing school dates.

 

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation. Cancelled piano lessons or group lessons  with due-notice must be re-scheduled where possible during term time or school holidays. Please note refunds are not given in the event of group lessons, workshops, concerts or other one-off activity.
